A 3 500m2 big new building, with a Data Center, office areas, coffee shop, fitness, an exhibition area and a show room.ITRIUM will be the first immersion DATACENTER and ECO-RESPONSIBLE smart building

From the feasibility studies through the design process we supported our client with his heritage building. We obtained the construction permit and we will support our client through the construction phase until handover reassuring a quality control.

NOVUM Hospitality

From Sheraton to Crowne Plaza

Following to 4 years working at IHG, we were able to support NOVUM in the conversion of the Sheraton into a Crowne Plaza Hotel. 

Our field of expertise did not only cover the design subjects, but also technical requirements and brand safety.
