Trace International has the honore to represent Borealis and its' fast growth of hotels in France and Europe. We opened a Hilton Garden Inn in 2019. Currently we are providing our support for two other properties: Canopy by Hilton Paris (150 keys) and Holiday Inn Express Orly (307 keys).

We coordinate and center all the project information and lead the project from the owner side to achieve our common main goal: combine the three main aspects of a project (time, budget and quality) to open and operate a hotel.

This property was in my portfolio since 2013 as a design manager for IHG. Once I founded my company I supported the construction team (Eiffage Construction) and the interior designer Jean Philippe Nuel with two additional missions.
Quality control
From 2017 until its' opening in 2018. Trace International was able to support the construction team (Eiffage Construction) with a role of quality control to reassure the completion with a high quality finishes in all areas and achieve the brand standard requirement of IHG.
Project management
A final role on site until opening, Trace International supported Jean Philippe Nuel with the final construction phase to reassure that every single detail would be executed.

Our role: Project management.
We assisted ClubMed to create a manual of "CLUB MED DESIGN STANDARDS" applicable to all Business Units.
This manual will assist developers, partners, designers, consultants, project managers, etc. to improve the marketing approach of the resorts and their development. This will facilitate the development of Club Med and help to manage better relationships between partners and owners.
The manual will be a guide to build a resort in line with the CLUB MED philosophy and its standards.
